The institute will provide training and development for chapter leaders, collegiate advisors and Brothers aspiring to reach higher levels of involvement within the Fraternity. Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. will convene Conclave Houston 2023: "Believe in Our Power, Leading the Movement" from July 11-16, 2023 in Houston, Texas. Sure to be the largest gathering in the fraternity's history, the international conference will be held at the George R. Brown Convention Center and the Marriott Marquis Houston Hotel.
